Fulfillment and Refund Policy

The Basic subscription tier promises ad-free version of Remap Radio, early and ad-free access to the Remap sports podcast. The Foundation tier provides access to subscriber only content from the Remap team.

Refunds will be issued in cases where Remap or Memberful, its subscription partner, have incorrectly charged customers. All other refund requests will be issued on a case-by-case basis. In general, prompt (within two calendar days of the charge) requests for refunds in cases where customers did not wish to auto-renew a subscription will be granted without question. Requests after that period will be evaluated case-by-case.
